1. Delivery & Timing :
We cannot confirm in writing the receipt of your order. If you require confirmation please e-mail us.
If you wish to cancel your order after it has been dispatched to you, please return it to us and on receipt the cost of the item will be refunded.
Please do not refuse the delivery of goods as this will incur extra charges for which the customer will be liable.
Please allow 28 days from the date of our receipt of your order before contacting us to chase progress on your order.
Under normal circumstances your payment will be taken within a week of being received by us.
While we make every endeavour to dispatch your goods within 2 days, the timing of this is dependent on seasonal fluctuations and availability of stock.
At all times we make every endeavour to dispatch your goods within 7 days of receipt of your order (Eire customers next day delivery).
If this proves not possible we will contact you to let you know why.
2. In the event of non-arrival of goods, you must contact us within 60 days of your order. We cannot be responsible for lost parcels that are not reported to us within this period.
3. Guarantee & Returns: If you are unhappy with the goods you have received you can return them to us for a replacement or a full refund of the purchase price.
Products must be returned to us for replacement or refund within 30 days of receipt.
Refunds for the purchase only will be issued for products returned in perfect condition and their original packaging.
4. Damages: Any damaged goods should be returned to us for replacement. Incorrect/faulty goods must be returned to us before replacements are dispatched.
Should you require replacement goods to be sent out before the receipt of your return, we will require to debit your account for the goods. On receipt of your return we will credit your account.
5. F1 Global reserves the right to change the specification of all merchandise without notice.
In addition we will not be held responsible for errors made on this website and reserve the right to inform the customer of any incorrect information before payment is taken
